1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Vantrex collects when you use Bitvora or Auriq FX (together, the "Service"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.

2. Information we collect

We collect:

  • · Account data — your name, email address, and password, or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google.
  • · Telegram data — your Telegram chat ID (and username, if Telegram provides it), captured when you complete the account-to-bot link handshake, so the right bot can message the right person.
  • · Subscription and billing data — your plan, subscription status, and billing period dates, plus the Stripe customer and subscription IDs needed to keep your access in sync. Stripe collects and stores your actual payment method (card number, etc.) directly — Vantrex never receives or stores full card numbers.
  • · Usage data — on our marketing site, we use Plausible Analytics, a cookie-free analytics tool: it records anonymous pageviews and a small set of named events (for example, joining the Pulse waitlist or starting checkout) without cookies, without cross-site tracking, and without any personal data (like your email or account ID) in those events. This is only active once we've configured it (see NEXT_PUBLIC_PLAUSIBLE_DOMAIN); until then, no analytics tool runs on the Service at all. We do not currently run pageview analytics inside the authenticated dashboard.
  • · Signal and trading activity you generate through your account — which signals your subscription entitles you to, delivery status, and any performance data tied to your account in the dashboard.

3. How we use this information

We use the data above to:

  • · Deliver signals to the right Telegram chat and the right dashboard view for your subscription.
  • · Process subscription billing and keep your plan entitlement accurate, via Stripe.
  • · Authenticate you and secure your account, via Google OAuth or email/password sign-in.
  • · Respond to support requests.
  • · Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and violations of our acceptable-use terms.
  • · Understand aggregate marketing-site usage via cookie-free analytics (see Section 2).
  • · Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We share the minimum data necessary with the vendors that run the Service:

  • · Stripe — processes subscription billing and payment. Your payment details are collected and stored directly by Stripe under Stripe's own privacy policy; we only ever hold Stripe's customer/subscription identifiers and plan metadata.
  • · Telegram — delivers signals to you via the Telegram Bot API. Your Telegram account, and anything you share with Telegram directly, is governed by Telegram's own privacy policy.
  • · Google — used only for OAuth sign-in. We receive the basic profile information needed to authenticate you and nothing more.
  • · Supabase — hosts the Postgres database the Service runs on. This is infrastructure only; Supabase is not a marketing or advertising partner and does not receive your data for its own purposes.

5. We do not sell your data

Vantrex does not sell your personal data to third parties, and we don't share it with anyone beyond the vendors listed above and as needed to comply with the law.

6. Data retention

We keep account and billing data while your account is active, and afterward for as long as needed for legal, tax, and accounting recordkeeping. We keep your Telegram chat ID until you unlink Telegram or close your account. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see Your rights below), subject to records we're required to keep by law.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Wherever you're located, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you by contacting [SUPPORT EMAIL - founder to confirm]. We'll respond within a reasonable time. Specific statutory rights (for example, under GDPR or CCPA) depend on your location and on Vantrex's own legal jurisdiction, which — as noted in our Terms of Service — has not been finalized yet.

9. Children's privacy

The Service isn't directed at, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from, anyone under 18.

10. International data transfers

Stripe, Telegram, Google, and Supabase may process data in countries other than the one you're in. By using the Service, you consent to that transfer.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date below, and for material changes we'll make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers.
