Vantrex ("we," "us," "our") operates Bitvora (crypto signals) and Auriq FX (forex/gold signals) — subscription services that deliver algorithmic, versioned trading signals via Telegram and this web dashboard (together, the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service.

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Risk Disclosure, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Everything the Service delivers — entries, stop losses, take-profit levels, strategy commentary, and performance statistics — is generated by automated, versioned trading strategies for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing delivered through Bitvora, Auriq FX, our Telegram bots, this dashboard, or our staff is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and none of it is a personalized recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.

Vantrex is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, futures commission merchant, or money transmitter. We do not execute trades on your behalf and have no access to or control over your brokerage, exchange, or wallet accounts. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Signals are informational only, not financial advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for evaluating every signal and for all trading decisions you make — see our Risk Disclosure for the full statement, which applies in full to your use of the Service.

You must have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract, and be legally permitted where you live to receive trading-signal content and to trade the relevant instruments, in order to use the Service.

You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your login credentials and Telegram-link token confidential, and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal to you. We may suspend or terminate an account used for fraud, for a payment chargeback or dispute made without cause, or for the acceptable-use violations described in Section 7.

Current plans: Free Trial (7 days, $0, one product of your choice, capped signal volume, Telegram only), Auriq FX only ($39/mo or $390/yr), Bitvora only ($49/mo or $490/yr), Bundle — both products ($79/mo or $790/yr), and VIP/Pro — both products, higher strategy tiers ($149/mo). Our Pricing page always shows current pricing and inclusions and controls if anything here is out of date.

The Free Trial does not require payment details and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription — you choose a plan explicitly, at checkout, when you're ready to subscribe. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance, on the monthly or yearly cadence you select, processed by our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. If we change the price of a plan you're subscribed to, we'll give you reasonable advance notice before it applies to your next renewal.

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from the "Manage billing" link in your dashboard, which opens our billing provider's (Stripe) billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewal — your access continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for, and then ends.

Our current policy: subscription charges are non-refundable once a billing period has started — including for any partial month or year remaining after you cancel — except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll review it.

Placeholder, pending founder confirmation: whether Vantrex offers refunds at all, and on what terms, is a business decision that has not been finalized. The policy above is a simple, defensible starting point, not a final decision.

To keep the Service fair and sustainable for every subscriber, you agree not to:

• · Redistribute, resell, publicly republish, or share signals, strategy content, or your own account/Telegram access outside your personal trading use.
• · Abuse, spam, or attempt to exploit our Telegram bots — including excessive or automated command usage, attempts to access another subscriber's data, or attempts to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service.
• · Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation, or in a jurisdiction where receiving these signals or trading the relevant instruments is unlawful.

Vantrex owns the Service, including our strategy logic, software, branding, and content. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use signals for your own trading decisions while your subscription is active. Nothing here transfers ownership of that content to you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any given moment (including Telegram message delivery), that any signal will be timely or accurate, or that any strategy — past, current, or future — will be profitable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantrex and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or lost opportunity arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is capped at the amount you paid Vantrex in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold Vantrex harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your trading activity, or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date below, and for material changes we'll make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers (for example, by email or an in-dashboard notice). Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
